Shipping and Returns Policy

Xplora partners with Mainfreight for the delivery of larger products, while New Zealand Post is used for smaller items. For international shipping, we rely on DHL. Typically, you can expect your order to be delivered within 5 working days for domestic orders. International deliveries may take longer, so please allow up to 14 days.

Our products are primarily sold within New Zealand, but if you require shipping to another country, please contact us to discuss available international options.

Returning an Item

If you receive a product that you believe is faulty, we offer the following resolutions:

  • Exchange
  • Repair
  • Refund
  • Replacement

You will need to return the faulty item at your own expense. Once we confirm that the item is indeed faulty, we will refund reasonable shipping costs and discuss your options. We reserve the right to determine if a refund is appropriate.

Tracking Your Parcel

You should have received an email containing your tracking number. To track your parcel, please follow the link in that email and enter your tracking number in the designated tracking field.
